Recstu Inc (herein referred to as the Company, we, us, and our), recognise the importance of protecting personal information. To improve customer satisfaction and our in-house systems, we have implemented the following privacy policy and utilise a personal information protection management system.

Personal Information is defined as information associated with living individuals that are specified in the relevant regulations. This includes your name, birthday, and other personally identifying information (such as email address, passwords, credit card details, etc.)

To manage your Personal Information, we have implemented a management system compliant with the Japanese Industrial Standard JIS Q 15001:2001. Our systems are periodically reviewed and improved as needed.

We will only use your Personal Information to the extent of its Permitted Purpose. Where the use exceed the Permitted Purpose, we will seek your additional permission prior to use.

We are compliant with, and adhere to, any Laws, Rules, Regulations and guidelines as set by the Government of Japan that pertain to the use of Personal Information.

We will implement appropriate cyber security measures and appropriately supervise our employees in order to prevent any leakage, loss, damage, and tampering of your Personal Information.

We will respond, appropriately and in a timely manner, to any complaints or request for consultation from any affected individual or their authorised representative.

In order to maintain and improve this Privacy Policy, we will periodically review our compliance programs.

If the Permitted Purpose requires us to disclose, in whole or in part, your Personal Information to a third party, we will critically evaluate the recipient and enter into a confidentiality agreement. We will not provide Personal Information to third parties without your prior consent. However, this does not apply to a request for disclosure instigated by the Japanese Government, or its authorised representatives, pursuant to any relevant Law or Regulations.

We provide training to all our employees to raise awareness of the importance of protecting Personal Information.
